The top support shall be removed in batches, and then the joist and bottom mold shall be removed in sequence to avoid one-time large surface and falling off of the steel mold under self-weight load.
 
6. The concrete strength when the prefabricated formwork is removed shall meet the design requirements; when there are no specific requirements in the design, the following provisions shall be met:
 
1) The side formwork can be removed only when the strength can ensure that the components are not deformed and the edges and corners are complete;
 
2) The core mold or the inner mold with reserved holes can be removed only after the concrete strength can ensure that the surface of the component and the hole does not collapse and crack.
 
3) bottom formwork, when the span of the component is not more than 4m, can be removed only after the strength meets the requirement of 50% of the designed concrete standard value: when the width of the component is more than 4m, can be removed only after the concrete strength meets the requirement of 75% of the designed concrete strength standard value.
